This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Reach out to courts for individual order inquiries and general updates on court statuses, including addressing questions and resolving issues related to existing orders.

• Communicate professionally and accurately through remote voice calls and emails with court personnel, attorneys, and other clients.

• Utilize Skye, the internal application, to process documents, add informative updates and notes, and accurately perform data-entry tasks.

• Handle a consistent flow of incoming and outgoing phone calls with courts and customers.

• Convey updated information from courts to process servers and clients.

• Collaborate with team members to identify root causes and inefficiencies in document workflows.

• Navigate and comprehend court dockets, download court documents, and import them into the internal application.

• Execute other job-related responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• Legal experience is preferred.

• A minimum of 1 year in customer support, call-center, or retail experience in a customer-facing, service-oriented role is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Comfortable working and effectively communicating in a remote environment, using programs such as Teams/Zoom for outbound calls, Teams for chats, and Outlook for emails.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite programs such as Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word, as well as other tools like online faxing.

• Experience with document manipulation (PDFs).

• Ability to perform repetitive data-entry tasks with precision.

• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

• Quick learner with a willingness to learn and grow.
