This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Develop regular cost estimates

• Offer analytical services that support business proposals, design-to-cost initiatives, engineering modifications, and should-cost evaluations

• Facilitate coordination and collaboration among contracts, program management, engineering, supply chain, plant locations, and pricing

• Gather and analyze data

• Generate compliant estimate packages or analyses

• Assist in the development of new estimating tools and procedures

• Engage actively in continuous improvement efforts

⛳️ Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related discipline with a minimum of 3 years of experience

• Proficient in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel with an emphasis on Pivot Tables, formulas, and macros

• Understanding of manufacturing processes

• Familiarity with BOMs, product structures, and the ability to read engineering drawings

• U.S. citizenship is necessary as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
