Cost Controller

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Provide support in Project Cost Control services for significant industrial projects within the Energy sector.

• Economic oversight and administrative management of projects.

• Preparation and monthly delivery of customer progress reports (SAL) along with the necessary supporting documentation.

• Monitoring of customer order erosion.

• Development of active allocations and adherence to monthly deadlines.

• Preparation, control, and entry of sales orders in SAP/Easyproject.

• Input of accounting data into the client's management systems.

• Monitoring of billing forecasts and preparation of analyses and reports.

• Participation in remote coordination meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Cost Control, preferably within the Energy, Oil & Gas, EPC, or plant engineering sectors.

• Knowledge of SAP, particularly in relation to the economic and accounting management of projects.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

• Familiarity with managing progress reports (SAL), sales orders, and billing processes.

• Attention to detail, operational autonomy, and the ability to meet deadlines.

• Availability for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.
