Corporate Travel Counselor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance and arrange travel for corporate clients, whether individuals or groups.

• Organize and book both domestic and international business travel, covering air, road, rail, and accommodations.

• Utilize Global Distribution Systems such as Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus, and/or Galileo; training may be available.

• Engage with customers through telephone, chat, email, and/or back-office systems.

• Deliver proactive travel recommendations and promote additional services while following company travel policies.

• Collaborate both independently and within a team to achieve business and account-specific objectives, including customer satisfaction, call adherence, and service performance metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in the travel sector, ideally within corporate travel.

• Knowledge of fares and ticketing regulations for car, air, and hotel services.

• Proficient in GDS platforms, particularly Sabre and Amadeus.

• Comprehensive understanding of the travel industry, encompassing business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservation experience.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Capacity to act with integrity and safeguard personal traveler information.

• Ability to swiftly and independently resolve customer issues.

• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to accept feedback.

• Flexible scheduling and availability to work on weekends.

• Capability to operate in a 24/7 Traveler Care environment.
