Corporate Travel Consultant – Online Fulfillment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate online fulfillment queues

• Perform thorough assessments of passenger name records (PNRs) within Sabre

• Analyze reservation history

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the entire online booking processes across various platforms

• Utilize the GDS to examine records booked through the OBT

• Communicate with colleagues and travelers to assist in problem resolution

• Establish connections with coworkers and clients

• Gain insights into how systems and processes function

• Handle multiple responsibilities concurrently

• Contribute to a diverse array of projects

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Corporate Travel Consultant

• Proficiency in Sabre GDS is essential

• Familiarity with MS Office 365 applications

• Exceptional communication abilities (both written and verbal)

• Capable of problem-solving with minimal guidance

• Strong interpersonal abilities

• Capacity to maintain a positive demeanor

• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

• Strong work ethic

• High degree of professionalism

• Ability to work remotely

• Previous experience with Sabre and Concur is advantageous
