Corporate Travel Consultant (Emergency Services), Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver emergency assistance to corporate travelers through phone, email, and other company-assigned channels.

• Create, modify, cancel, and reissue both domestic and international airline bookings.

• Handle critical travel-related issues, seeking swift and effective alternatives to reduce customer impact.

• Assist with hotel bookings, car rentals, and various travel services.

• Utilize GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, or similar), airline portals, and corporate tools.

• Ensure adherence to clients’ travel policies and existing commercial agreements.

• Precisely log all interactions and actions taken during service inquiries.

• Work in collaboration with internal teams to provide the best possible experience for travelers.

• Track flights, operational changes, and potential impacts that may require proactive action.

• Uphold high standards of quality and productivity, focusing heavily on customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in corporate travel agencies or emergency support operations.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in GDS systems, ideally Sabre and/or Amadeus.

• Familiarity with ticketing, rebooking, refunds, and other corporate travel procedures.

• Understanding of domestic and international airline portals.

• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Knowledge of Online Booking Tools (OBTs) is advantageous.

• Intermediate or advanced English proficiency is a plus.

• Experience with international travel and high-priority customer service is preferred.

• Background in 24/7 operations or emergency services departments.
