Corporate Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance and organize travel arrangements for corporate clients, including both individuals and groups.

• Research and evaluate various travel options.

• Anticipate the needs of travelers proactively and promote additional services.

• Coordinate and book domestic and international business travel, encompassing air, road, rail, and accommodation arrangements.

• Utilize Global Distribution Systems, particularly Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo.

• Ensure adherence to clients’ travel policies, service provider guidelines, and regulatory standards.

• Employ effective telephone service techniques and accommodate special customer requests.

• Work collaboratively with the team to coach, mentor, and offer constructive feedback.

• Deliver services as part of a 24/7 Traveler Care operation.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of GDS systems: Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo.

• Previous experience in business travel.

• A strong commitment to excellence in client service, including the proactive anticipation of client needs.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• High attention to detail.

• Integrity in handling and protecting personal traveler information.

• Comprehensive understanding of the travel industry, including business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservation experience.

• Capability to resolve customer issues swiftly and independently or in collaboration with suppliers.

• Ability to work as part of a team and openness to receiving feedback.

• Willingness and flexibility to work Monday to Friday, from 7:00 to 19:00.

• Committed to a 37.5-hour workweek.

• Must be a resident of the UK.
