Corporate Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance and organize travel for corporate clients, encompassing both individuals and groups.

• Conduct analysis and research on travel options while proactively identifying traveler needs to offer additional services.

• Coordinate and book domestic and international business travel, including air, road, rail, and accommodation arrangements.

• Utilize the Sabre Global Distribution System effectively.

• Ensure adherence to clients’ travel policies, service provider regulations, and compliance standards.

• Employ positive telephone service techniques and address specific customer requests.

• Work collaboratively with the team to mentor, coach, and provide constructive feedback aimed at enhancing service quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong commitment to excellence in client service, including the proactive anticipation of needs.

• Expertise in Global Distribution Systems; Sabre is preferred, with Amadeus or Galileo being acceptable.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Integrity and the ability to safeguard personal traveler information.

• Solid understanding of the travel industry, encompassing business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservations.

• Experience handling After Hours support for the US, UK, and Canada is a plus.

• Capability to swiftly and independently resolve customer issues, or collaborate with suppliers when needed.

• Strong teamwork skills and receptiveness to feedback.

• Availability for a 4-day work week consisting of 10-hour shifts.

• Willingness to work scheduled hours between 8 AM and 8 PM Australian Eastern Standard Time, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
