Corporate Manager, Clinical Quality – Education

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Lead the onboarding process, training, and competency development for diverse healthcare teams.

• Manage quality assurance, infection prevention, patient safety, and ongoing improvement initiatives.

• Chair both the Quality Improvement and Infection Control and Safety Committees.

• Assist with regulatory compliance, ensure AAAHC accreditation readiness, and aid in clinical policy formulation.

• Deliver clinical EHR training, streamline workflows, and support the implementation of new health centers.

• Organize educational sessions, certifications, and competency requirements for DOT and non-DOT testing.

• Evaluate clinical performance, perform audits, and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current RN license is required.

• BSN is preferred.

• At least 5 years of clinical nursing experience, particularly in education, quality assurance, or clinical operations.

• Familiarity with EHR systems, regulatory compliance, and the development of clinical staff is essential.

• Certification as a DOT urine specimen collector and Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT) is necessary, or the ability to acquire it within 90 days.

• Quality or infection prevention certification (CPHQ, a-IPC, CIC, or equivalent) is preferred, or a willingness to obtain an approved credential.

• Strong skills in leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving are required.

• Experience in multi-site ambulatory or primary care settings is preferred.
