Clinical Study Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with project teams to facilitate study startup activities.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clinical sites.

• Deliver training to research sites regarding Beacon's devices and study protocols.

• Oversee project progress while ensuring compliance with timelines, protocols, and quality standards.

• Uphold adherence to GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory standards.

• Resolve operational issues and escalate them using tools like Zendesk and Asana.

• Offer constructive feedback from research sites to enhance devices and workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in clinical project management or clinical operations roles.

• Strong organizational abilities and project management expertise.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proactive approach with the capability to identify priorities and foresee challenges.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical research regulatory requirements.

• Eagerness to expand knowledge in analytics, statistics, machine learning, and clinical trials.

• Availability to work in the Pacific or Mountain Timezones in the U.S.
