Corporate Finance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance the monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-term planning processes.

• Create forecasts and financial models encompassing revenue, operating expenses, cash flow, component costs, capital structure, and other key business drivers.

• Evaluate actual performance against plans, identify variance causes, and formulate actionable recommendations.

• Construct recurring and ad hoc reports regarding financial performance, operational metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Assist in the implementation and ongoing enhancement of FP&A systems and processes.

• Collaborate with various teams within the company on commercial opportunities, strategic initiatives, investments, and overall spending.

• Develop financial models and analyses that support strategic decisions, including potential mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate development opportunities.

• Convert complex financial and operational data into insights and recommendations for leadership.

• Create analyses, presentations, and financial materials tailored for executive audiences.

• Cultivate an understanding of the business, programs, cost structure, and essential financial drivers.

• Collaborate with the Accounting team during quarterly closings and ongoing finance processes.

• Enhance financial processes, controls, reporting, and systems as the organization grows.

• Ensure accuracy across financial models, reporting, and executive presentations.

• Start as an individual contributor, with the opportunity to transition into a leadership role.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate finance and FP&A, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.

• Proficient in financial modeling and business analysis techniques.

• Strong foundation in finance and accounting principles.

• Capable of analyzing complex business challenges, managing large datasets, and transforming findings into actionable insights.

• Excellent data visualization and executive communication abilities.

• Proven track record of effective collaboration with teams across an organization.

• Strong aptitude for systems and a quick learner of new financial and operational tools.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.

• Ability to balance thorough analysis with the necessity to act swiftly and propel decisions forward.

• Strong judgment with a willingness to challenge assumptions, ask critical questions, and communicate recommendations effectively.

• U.S. citizenship is required; the employer specifies that only U.S. Citizens can be hired.
