Corporate Development Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily execution of transactions from sourcing and initial assessment to due diligence, negotiation assistance, and finalization.

• Develop valuation and synergy analyses, encompassing both revenue and cost synergies.

• Construct financial models that support each transaction.

• Manage data rooms and coordinate due diligence workstreams effectively.

• Organize and prepare for meetings while ensuring that deal timelines are adhered to.

• Compose investment memos and present insights and recommendations to senior management.

• Aid in negotiations through analysis, structuring options, and preparation of deal materials.

• Identify and evaluate potential targets in alignment with company strategy and investment criteria.

• Collaborate with the Post-Merger Integration team during the due diligence phase.

• Organize deal documentation, trackers, and stakeholders across various active processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an M&A advisory role at a reputable investment bank, particularly in M&A deal execution.

• Excellent analytical and financial modeling capabilities.

• Hands-on experience with sourcing, due diligence, data room management, investment memos, identifying and quantifying synergies, and delivering presentations to senior stakeholders.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ready for decision-making.

• Comfortable presenting recommendations to senior leadership.

• Capability to manage multiple deal processes concurrently.

• Enthusiasm for transitioning from an advisory role to executing principal deals.
