📋 Description

• Provide legal counsel and guidance across a variety of legal areas.

• Address intricate legal challenges with minimal supervision.

• Act as a reliable advisor, strategic partner, and effective problem-solver.

• Mentor others while demonstrating leadership and sound judgment.

• Clearly articulate legal and business concepts to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Design, develop, and implement the organization's legal services.

• Advise on the interpretation and application of policies and procedures.

• Resolve complicated or contentious legal inquiries and issues.

• Contribute specialized knowledge and insights to functional strategies.

• Draft policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance.

• Function as the subject matter expert in technology, policy, regulation, or operational management.

• Stay updated on regulations and industry best practices through ongoing professional development.

• Foster stakeholder engagement and facilitate the communication of business information and decisions.

• Create and maintain legal templates, playbooks, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• JD from a recognized law school.

• Admission to the bar of a state in good standing.

• Over 3 years of experience in a law firm.

• Proven ability to manage complex legal and business issues independently.

• Advanced understanding of laws, regulations, and policies.

• Proficient in interpreting and applying laws effectively.

• Strong capability to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies in legal documentation and proceedings.

• Exceptional legal communication skills.

• Advanced ability to research and apply legal concepts and information.

• Strong ability to collaborate with clients, prioritizing business objectives through analysis.

• Capable of clearly and practically explaining legal concepts, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
