This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +10 more states.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement the organization's legal services under the guidance of senior team members.

• Offer specialized advice on policies, procedures, complex inquiries, and contentious matters.

• Provide expert insights and expertise to the functional strategy.

• Draft policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure adherence to external regulations.

• Serve as the subject matter expert in technology, policy, regulation, or operational management.

• Maintain external accreditations and keep abreast of current and emerging regulations and industry best practices.

• Foster stakeholder engagement by identifying and addressing their needs and concerns.

• Create and uphold legal review templates, playbooks, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a law firm.

• Proven track record of managing complex legal and business challenges independently.

• In-depth knowledge of laws, regulations, and policies within the area of expertise.

• Capable of interpreting and applying legal knowledge independently while offering guidance.

• Skilled in ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

• Exceptional legal communication abilities.

• Proficient in legal research and the application of legal concepts.

• Ability to work collaboratively with clients to align business objectives through analysis of business context.

• Competent in articulating legal concepts, risks, and recommendations clearly and practically to internal business partners, senior stakeholders, customers, and external audiences.
