📋 Description

• Lead a worldwide accounting organization with defined ownership and elevated standards.

• Ensure the quality, speed, and predictability of monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.

• Establish accounting policies for revenue, inventory, leases, equity, debt, and foreign currency.

• Collaborate with Commercial, Legal, Tax, Treasury, Operations, and Strategic Finance teams.

• Integrate controls into workflows while maintaining execution efficiency.

• Transition manual accounting tasks to ERP systems, automation, data, and AI-driven tools.

• Develop a trusted global accounting function that scales in line with company growth.

• Create consistent closes, reliable balance sheets, documented accounting positions, well-managed audits, embedded controls, managed risks, defined ownership, exceptional talent, and minimized manual work.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experienced senior accounting leader with strong technical judgment and operational discipline.

• Over 15 years of experience leading accounting or controllership teams in complex organizations.

• CPA or equivalent certification required.

• Extensive knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting practices.

• Background in technology, semiconductor, hardware, manufacturing, or similar sectors.

• Proficient in scaling teams, controls, systems, and processes during rapid growth phases.

• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology.

• Citizenship/permanent residency status or prior license approval may be necessary under U.S. export regulations.
