Corporate Compliance Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the management of incoming complaints and inquiries related to the disclosure program throughout the entire investigation process, from the initial report to final resolution.

• Execute internal investigations concerning compliance matters in line with company policies, requiring minimal supervision.

• Administer a reporting system that logs compliance inquiries and investigations effectively.

• Ensure that identified overpayments are promptly returned and maintain the necessary documentation regarding repayments.

• Support the daily functions of the compliance program.

• Contribute to the development of periodic reports on the disclosure program, including monthly and quarterly summaries.

• Carry out basic data analytics tasks.

• Engage in special projects aimed at enhancing the compliance program at Pinnacle.

• Undertake additional duties as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field along with 4 years of compliance experience within the healthcare sector.

• Capability to achieve certification as a Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) within one year of employment.

• A valid driver’s license in good standing.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% for overnight trips, local events, and meetings.

• A preferred Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related discipline coupled with 2 years of compliance experience in the healthcare industry.

• Previous experience with compliance tracking systems and proficiency in navigating EHR systems.
