📋 Description

• Analyze and review intricate corporate documents, contracts, and transaction structures.

• Assess matters related to M&A, private equity, and capital markets.

• Evaluate commercial litigation materials to identify pertinent legal and procedural issues.

• Analyze AI-generated legal reasoning, identify issues, and develop drafting strategies.

• Annotate and categorize legal data utilized for AI training and evaluation purposes.

• Clearly articulate key concepts of corporate law and transactional considerations.

• Review complex agreements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and practical relevance.

• Consistently apply established evaluation rubrics and quality standards.

• Collaborate asynchronously with project managers and internal reviewers.

• Uphold a high standard of legal accuracy, clarity, and compliance with U.S. practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid license to practice law in the United States.

• Recent experience, either current or within the last 3 years, at a prestigious BigLaw firm.

• Extensive professional experience in corporate law, including M&A, private equity, or capital markets.

• Proven experience managing high-value transactional matters.

• Experience in drafting, reviewing, or negotiating complex commercial agreements.

• Strong legal research, analytical capabilities, and issue-spotting skills.

• Exceptional written English and the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly.

• Keen attention to detail in high-stakes legal environments.

• Demonstrated proficiency in U.S. immigration law.
