Copywriter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Develop, enhance, and oversee product titles, bullet points, and descriptions for various product listings.

• Transform brand messaging and product unique selling propositions (USPs) into keyword-optimized, consumer-relevant content that boosts performance.

• Ensure brand content maintains quality, consistency, and adherence to client and platform-specific guidelines.

• Create copy for a toy brand catering to both children and adults.

• Work in collaboration with project managers to guarantee timely and precise content delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in writing in US English.

• At least 5 years of copywriting experience in retail or online marketplace e-commerce.

• Proven experience with Amazon or similar marketplaces such as Walmart or Tesco.

• Ideally experienced in consumer products or toys.

• Strong understanding of SEO, keyword/shopper intent, and e-commerce search behavior.

• Capable of identifying and rectifying inconsistencies while enhancing the readability of e-commerce copy.

• Ability to tailor messaging according to specific product categories while adhering to brand tone.

• Comfortable working with structured content templates and authoring tools.

• Detail-oriented with a keen awareness of how minor adjustments can affect performance.

• Proven track record of collaborating with project managers to ensure timely and accurate content delivery.

• Preferred experience working with global brands or managing content across international marketplaces.

• Background in retail/Amazon marketplaces, digital marketing, SEO optimization, content creation, copywriting, or digital communications is preferred.

• Experience in creating product copy for the toy industry is preferred.

• Highly preferred experience in integrating SEO keyword research into product copy.

• Hands-on SEO research experience using tools like Semrush and Helium is considered advantageous.

• Bachelor's Degree is requested in the application screening question.
