This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Review and amend written content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting according to US English standards.

• Verify the accuracy and consistency of product data, names, measurements, and facts.

• Identify issues related to character limits, structural inconsistencies, prohibited terms, and diversity and inclusion considerations.

• Utilize style guides, approved name files, and briefs in the editing process.

• Collaborate with writers to address any queries that arise.

• Adapt to various content types and requirements as new projects are received.

• Evaluate Amazon product listings, theme-related texts, and other miscellaneous content prior to publication.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in copy editing or proofreading, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or marketing sectors.

• Native proficiency in US English.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Capability to work accurately under volume pressures and meet deadlines.

• Confidence in adhering to established guidelines, knowing when to flag issues rather than attempt fixes.

• Flexibility to transition between different content types.

• Familiarity with Amazon listing guidelines is advantageous.

• A Bachelor's Degree is requested in the application form.

• Submission of resume and answers to application questions is required.

• Compensation is provided in USD on an hourly basis.
