This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for using the phone to schedule medical appointments.

• Must be familiar with health insurance companies and authorization processes.

• This candidate should have experience in the medical field related to managing healthcare processes.

• Accurately and efficiently process orders.

• Manage patient referrals.

• Communicate clearly with both staff and patients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical scheduling.

• English B2+ or higher, with a solid vocabulary in scheduling medical appointments.

• Knowledge in appointment scheduling.
