Conversational AI Solution Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

📋 Description

• Evaluate customer processes to identify automation opportunities and determine appropriate platforms.

• Create conceptual solutions for the implementation of voice and chatbot technologies.

• Assess and communicate the technical feasibility, required effort, and associated risks.

• Set up and develop voicebots and chatbots using recognized Conversational AI platforms.

• Design, test, and enhance prompts and dialogue flows for optimal performance.

• Conduct quality assurance and consistently improve the performance of bots.

• Integrate interfaces with customer systems, including APIs and data workflows.

• Implement technical solutions utilizing JavaScript and Python.

• Oversee projects from start to finish, including technology assessment, configuration, and deployment.

• Facilitate project management and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.

• Collaborate with customer IT teams for seamless system integration.

• Develop and uphold technical documentation that details configurations, interfaces, and prompt libraries.

• Proactively share knowledge and insights within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a similar technical discipline.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Conversational AI Engineer, Solution Engineer, Technical Consultant, or in a similar position.

• Proven project experience in implementing voicebots or chatbots on established platforms.

• In-depth understanding of configuration and prompt engineering on Conversational AI platforms.

• Proficiency in programming with JavaScript and Python.

• Experience in API integration and system architecture.

• Capability to evaluate automation potential within customer processes.

• Strong skills in structured project management and technical documentation.

• Proficiency in German at C1 level is mandatory.

• Ability to work autonomously, possess a strong technical aptitude, and approach tasks in a structured, solution-oriented manner.

• Quick to learn and apply new technologies effectively.

• Skillful in communicating technical concepts clearly and effectively.

• Resilient during various project phases.
