This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of month-end closing processes and reporting, which includes variance analysis and preparation of financial statements.

• Lead the migration to an AI-native ERP platform, overseeing the entire system design and configuration.

• Enhance the AI orchestration layer for finance to ensure that repetitive tasks are assigned to agents.

• Act as the primary lead for billing systems and manage day-to-day billing operations.

• Supervise payroll and benefits across multiple countries, in addition to commissions and equity management.

• Collaborate with external providers to guarantee compliance with global corporate and sales tax regulations.

• Maintain an audit-ready status and ensure that proper controls and documentation are established.

• Coordinate with agents to manage transactional accounting while retaining ultimate accountability.

• Work together on financial planning and keep rolling forecasts updated.

• Manage various ad hoc projects as needed.

• Engage directly with the CFO.

⛳️ Requirements

• CPA with extensive US GAAP accounting experience, preferably developed in an audited environment.

• Relevant experience in previous high-growth technology startups.

• Ability to quickly shift context and adjust priorities based on evolving business requirements.

• Demonstrated experience in deploying and configuring AI agents to automate complex processes.

• Strong understanding of cloud architecture along with billing and margin analysis (preferred).

• Proficient in multi-entity rollups and international business expansion (preferred).

• Experience with SQL, Python, or general coding (preferred).
