Contracts Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate commercial agreements with clients and suppliers

• Keep track of contract documentation, templates, approvals, renewals, and critical obligation deadlines

• Collaborate with legal, finance, sales, and operations teams on contractual terms

• Recognize contractual risks and escalate intricate issues to relevant stakeholders

• Assist in ensuring contract compliance and enhancing contracting procedures throughout the organization

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in managing commercial contracts

• Strong background in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, with the capability to evaluate contractual risk

• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems, e-signature tools, and document management solutions

• Understanding of contract law and compliance standards, along with experience in contract approval processes

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with legal and business teams

• Preferred: Degree in business, legal studies, or paralegal studies

• Preferred: Experience with contracts in the biotech or manufacturing sectors

• Preferred: Background working in regulated industries

• Preferred: Experience handling HR contracts
