This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Assist with a variety of contracts and agreements, including fixed price, cost reimbursement, prime, sublevel, FAR Part 12/15, OTA, international, and civil contracts.

• Emphasize US Government traditional contract structures and streamline processes for optimal efficiency.

• Work collaboratively across departments to support and direct the capture process for new opportunities.

• Ensure the ongoing execution of current agreements.

• Evaluate, manage, and communicate FAR and DFARs requirements along with commercial terms and conditions for solicitations and contracts.

• Support the complete contract life cycle across various programs, encompassing solicitation evaluation, proposal strategy and compilation, audit and negotiation, contract operations and change management, customer relationship maintenance, claims and disputes management, and contract closeout.

• Uphold a commitment to compliance, quality, and timeliness.

• Engage in special projects as assigned.

• Collaborate with the business across different functions to achieve business goals while balancing customer expectations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.

• 5-7 years of experience in government, commercial, or international contract formation and execution.

• Familiarity with the administration of Federal Acquisition Regulations, particularly Parts 12 and 15, along with the corresponding DoD Regulation Supplement.

• Experience in assessing risk against commercial terms and conditions.

• Proficiency in briefing stakeholders, including cross-functional team members and functional leadership.

• Occasional travel is required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and influencing abilities.

• Capability to analyze and resolve issues effectively.

• Strong advocate for continuous improvement and Flight Deck fundamentals.

• Ability to operate independently or with limited supervision when necessary.

• Eligible to obtain security clearance.

• Project management and leadership skills are essential.

• U.S. Person status is required for access to U.S. export-controlled information: U.S. lawful permanent resident, U.S. Citizen, or granted asylee or refugee status.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Successful completion of a drug screen (if applicable).

• May be subject to random and reasonable-suspicion drug and alcohol testing.
