Contractor, Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional work punctually by effectively utilizing AI tools.

• Take full responsibility for feature delivery, from scoping and design input through to implementation and release.

• Create thoroughly tested software by employing AI-assisted development methodologies where applicable.

• Develop and validate AI-integrated features, employing suitable evaluation techniques for LLM-powered functionalities.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Product Design to transform ambiguous tasks into valuable outcomes.

• Ensure the reliability of systems through observability, quality assurance, incident response, and AI-assisted troubleshooting.

• Assist in production releases and guarantee that systems remain ready for deployment and stable after release.

• Candidates must reside in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, or Costa Rica.

• A successful background check is mandatory.

• Capability to deliver outstanding work on schedule.

• Ability to manage feature delivery from start to finish with minimal supervision.

• Competence in developing well-tested, high-quality software.

• Engineering acumen for AI-integrated and LLM-powered functionalities.

• Ability to work collaboratively with Engineering, Product Management, and Product Design teams.

• Familiarity with observability, quality assurance, incident response, and production release processes.
