Contractor – Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Produce high-quality deliverables promptly by effectively utilizing AI tools when suitable.

• Take ownership of feature delivery from the initial scoping and design stages through to implementation and release.

• Create thoroughly tested software and judiciously apply AI-assisted development methodologies.

• Construct and assess AI-integrated features using appropriate evaluation techniques for LLM-powered capabilities.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Product Design to establish valuable outputs.

• Ensure reliable systems by adhering to best practices in observability, quality, and incident response.

• Assist with production releases and guarantee that systems remain stable and deployment-ready after release.

• Candidates must reside in one of the following countries: Argentina; Brazil; Chile; Colombia; Costa Rica.

• A successful background check is a prerequisite.

• Capacity to deliver high-quality work punctually while effectively leveraging AI tools.

• Ability to manage feature delivery from start to finish with minimal supervision.

• Skill in developing well-tested, high-quality software.

• Engineering acumen for constructing and validating AI-integrated and LLM-driven features.

• Ability to collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Product Design teams.

• Familiarity with observability, quality assurance, incident response, and production release protocols.
