Contract Performance Manager – Turbine Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of Long-Term Service Agreements and transactional contracts.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Field Service, Logistics, and EHS teams to ensure safe, efficient, and timely outage execution.

• Manage customer relationships and develop communication strategies.

• Identify GE Vernova products and services that deliver value to clients.

• Facilitate the resolution of urgent and forced outage issues.

• Manage technical, commercial, and contractual risks.

• Supervise project deliverables, contract administration, and financial performance in accordance with established KPIs.

• Act as a bridge between internal technical expertise and customers’ operational success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance (or equivalent experience).

• Proven experience in contract management, project coordination, or service delivery.

• Background in power generation, turbine services, or industrial asset operations.

• Ability to foster consensus and influence in highly matrixed, fast-paced environments.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Willingness to travel to customer locations throughout Australia.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a capacity to build long-lasting, trust-based partnerships.

• Collaborative mindset for leading programs and projects.

• Interest in exploring AI tools or innovative technologies.

• Capability to analyze complex data and resolve issues through team collaboration.

• Ability to monitor, read, and respond to communications outside of regular working hours.
