Contract Load Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Review and configure finalized provider contracts, amendments, W-9 forms, rosters, and supporting documents for thoroughness, precision, and readiness for configuration.

• Collaborate with Network Contracting, Credentialing, Roster Operations, Rate Configuration, and leadership to address missing information, clarify contract intentions, and manage downstream dependencies.

• Raise concerns regarding incomplete documentation, contract inconsistencies, duplicate entries, complex interpretation queries, and system-related issues.

• Acquire a thorough understanding of existing processes, procedures, and tools related to the Oscar business model.

• Engage daily with internal departments via various channels based on assignment requirements.

• Oversee an assigned caseload while upholding service delivery, productivity, and quality standards.

• Cultivate working relationships with internal stakeholders.

• Assist the leadership team by identifying issues through established escalation pathways.

• Monitor and track the status of all assigned work-in-progress items.

• Escalate and resolve issues to guarantee timely responses.

• Take part in initiatives aimed at process enhancement.

• Adhere to relevant laws and regulations.

• Undertake additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a dynamic healthcare setting.

• Proficient in Google Suite or Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience in accurately entering and managing data in a production-oriented environment.

• Must reside in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, or Texas.

• Adhere to all operational, regulatory, and compliance standards concerning member Personal Health Information (PHI).
