This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the complete ADHD and autism evaluation processes.
• Arrange reviews, assessments, and meetings for multidisciplinary teams.
• Serve as the primary contact among clinical teams, Integrated Care Boards, educational institutions, service users, and their families.
• Ensure precise record-keeping and input clinical information into electronic patient record systems.
• Prepare and disseminate pre-assessment documents and consent forms.
• Contribute to the delivery of essential healthcare assessment services throughout the UK.
• Proven experience in a dynamic administrative or coordination position with various competing priorities.
• A background in patient-facing roles or NHS administration is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Capability to engage professionally with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attentive to detail and accuracy.
