Contract Compliance Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Support the contract team by promptly completing required rental documentation.

• Verify rental documents for adherence to compliance standards.

• Promote safe work practices.

• Collaborate with customers to address and resolve issues.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as necessary.

• Available to work Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Be on standby during weekends only under exceptional circumstances.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in inventory management, accounts payable, or receivables.

• Proficient in using technology, including laptops and tablets.

• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to work directly with customers to resolve issues.

• Skill in building, nurturing, and maintaining customer relationships throughout the rental experience.

• Ability to adapt to the dynamic environment of a growing company.

• Commitment to staying informed about the latest EquipmentShare products and services.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Knowledge of OSHA regulations is preferred.

• Must successfully pass a background check.

• Some positions may require passing a drug test based on job duties.
