Contract Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wyoming.

📋 Description

• Perform legal research to facilitate litigation processes.

• Offer legal guidance to clients dealing with consumer debt issues.

• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients as well as opposing counsel.

• Remain informed about updates in pertinent laws and regulations.

• Work collaboratively with staff to achieve case objectives.

• Deliver legal services to clients on a contractual basis.

• A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law institution is required.

• Must possess a valid license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.

• Demonstrated history of effectively negotiating contracts and agreements.

• Strong analytical abilities are essential.

• Familiarity with law office software and tools is necessary.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must.

• Capability to work independently is required.
