Contract Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vermont.

📋 Description

• Perform legal research to assist with litigation efforts

• Offer legal guidance to clients dealing with consumer debt

• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and opposing counsel

• Remain informed about updates in applicable laws and regulations

• Collaborate with and support team members to achieve case objectives

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

• Must hold a valid license to practice law in the pertinent jurisdiction

• Extensive experience in litigation is required

• Demonstrated success in negotiating contracts and agreements

• Strong analytical abilities

• Familiarity with law office software and tools

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills

• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team

• High attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work
