This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Analyze work orders, assets, PM, vendor, SLA, financial, and operational data to uncover trends, risks, anomalies, and opportunities for enhancement.

• Create dashboards, scorecards, summaries, and visual narratives that transform complex data into actionable insights.

• Deliver findings succinctly to operations, account teams, leadership, and client stakeholders.

• Take ownership of and implement operational analytics and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Identify process deficiencies, workflow inefficiencies, recurring issues, and opportunities for standardization.

• Formulate improvement strategies, monitor progress, validate outcomes, and communicate results.

• Translate lessons learned into repeatable processes, tools, reporting methods, and training resources.

• Assess asset performance, PM effectiveness, reactive work trends, repeated failures, emergency work volume, high repair costs, and problematic assets.

• Assist in PM reviews, failure trend analysis, root cause analysis, maintenance optimization, and recommendations for repair versus replacement.

• Facilitate collaboration among account teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to uphold data quality, process compliance, and readiness for audits.

• Apply foundational reliability principles to enhance asset performance and maintenance decision-making.

• Generate an annual CapEx planning report that identifies and prioritizes replacement recommendations based on Customer and EMCOR criteria.

• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, account leadership, vendors, finance, procurement, technology, and client stakeholders.

• Support KPI results, reporting, operational scorecards, business review materials, and account-level performance summaries.

• Undertake special projects, account initiatives, data validation, and other responsibilities as assigned by Operations and CI&R leadership.

• Travel approximately 10%–25% based on project assignments and account support requirements.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Operations Management, Facilities Management, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education, technical training, and practical experience.

• 3–8 years of experience in continuous improvement, operational analytics, facilities management, maintenance operations, reliability, manufacturing, engineering support, business intelligence, or a similar field.

• Proven experience in analyzing operational or maintenance data and translating findings into actionable recommendations.

• Familiarity with process improvement, KPI reporting, dashboard creation, or performance management activities.

• Preferred experience with CMMS platforms; familiarity with Corrigo, Maximo, FEXA, or similar systems is desirable.

• Maintenance or facilities operations experience is preferred, though not mandatory if the candidate possesses strong data analytics and continuous improvement experience.

• A valid driver’s license is required.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, data cleansing, Power Query, and trend analysis is necessary.

• Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools is required or highly preferred.

• Ability to create dashboards, scorecards, charts, and business summaries that facilitate data storytelling.

• Familiarity with CMMS, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Power Platform tools is preferred.

• Capability to interpret operational data, recognize patterns, and convey meaningful insights.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management, and self-management skills are required.

• Proactive and capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Exceptional attention to detail, data accuracy, spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills.

• A customer-focused mindset with the ability to address internal and external stakeholder needs.

• Ability to occasionally walk through commercial properties, maintenance areas, construction sites, mechanical spaces, or customer locations; climb stairs; access equipment areas; participate in site walks; and lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds.

• Compliance with applicable safety requirements, customer site requirements, OSHA guidelines, and company policies is essential.

• Certified Reliability Leader status is preferred.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred; the ability to achieve Green Belt certification within 12 months is highly desirable.
