Content Writer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the executive content program across the executive team.

• Conduct recorded voice interviews with executives and transform them into posts that closely reflect their own words.

• Maintain contextual files for each executive, detailing their voice, expertise, anecdotes, and boundaries.

• Ghostwrite concepts, drafts, edits, and obtain approvals for executive posts from start to finish.

• Manage one executive's calendar across all executive accounts.

• Determine which executives will post for each launch and prevent any topic overlaps.

• Coordinate executive posts in relation to launches, webinars, and events.

• Create text posts, carousels, scripts for short video clips, and repurpose posts from talks and appearances.

• Edit every draft by hand, eliminating marketing jargon while maintaining the individual's voice.

• Monitor which topics, formats, and voices resonate with buyers and provide insights back to the calendar.

• Offer content support to team members interested in posting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in ghostwriting for founders or executives on LinkedIn; applicants must provide links.

• Understanding of B2B buyers who make considered decisions.

• Familiarity with commerce and growth strategies, including DTC, performance marketing, retention, and AI tools.

• Capability to interview a busy executive for 20 minutes and generate a week's worth of posts in various distinct voices.

• Strong editing skills to remove marketing language while preserving the individual's voice.

• Knowledge of LinkedIn formats and distribution, including hooks, carousels, native video, and comments.

• Daily experience utilizing Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools for research and ideas, with discernment about where AI contributions end and editing begins.

• Excellent English communication skills with U.S.-based clients and senior stakeholders.

• Availability to work from 9 am to 5 pm EST; these hours are non-negotiable.

• Lack of ghostwriting samples for executives or founders is a strict disqualifier.

• Content that resembles marketing rather than a personal touch is a strict disqualifier.
