This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee, direct, strategize, execute, and evaluate both internal and external communication strategies and tactics.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and audiences, which includes working with vendors, agencies, and channel partners.
• Analyze complex issues and convey them effectively, adjusting style, tone, and word choice according to the specific channels or stakeholder requests.
• Sustain a pipeline of potential case studies and references through strong connections with project executives and consulting team members.
• Develop relationships with strategic external partners to enhance reach and influence among third parties.
• License third-party content and collaborate on white papers and research publications.
• Recognize cross-team impacts and effectively communicate needs to peers and leadership.
• Manage the enterprise content portfolio, encompassing both print and digital materials for employees, customers, and stakeholders.
• Maintain an overarching view of content related to corporate and Business Unit brands on a global scale.
• Conduct research and write content for proposals, technical documents, brochures, testimonials, white papers, case studies, advertising materials, presentations, video and animation scripts, email campaigns, executive speeches, and internal announcements.
• Collaborate with Line of Business Leads to gain insights into industry trends and customer requirements, providing strategic written communication.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in communications roles across various mediums and tailoring content for specific audiences.
• A portfolio showcasing completed projects and work samples.
• Proven ability to utilize creative ideas for researching, presenting, and recommending community involvement proposals.
• Demonstrated skills in project management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills with a proven track record of speaking effectively in group settings with clarity and conciseness.
• Strong writing, editing, communication, presentation, organization, and planning abilities; capable of producing documentation and reports that are clear, comprehensive, and accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Capable of organizing individual responsibilities across multiple tasks, ensuring timely and accurate completion and delivery.
• Proficient in word processing, flowchart creation, and spreadsheet applications.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities to encourage collaboration among business partners and manage both internal and external resources/workloads.
• Regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment while performing job responsibilities.
• Ability to interact with individuals across all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in word processing and desktop publishing software.
• For remote positions, candidates must demonstrate a high level of engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings.
