Content Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create, compose, and edit internal communications such as newsletters, email campaigns, leadership announcements, and marketing materials.

• Uphold TaskUs messaging standards across internal channels, on-site displays, and email correspondence.

• Adhere to ticketing and approval processes involving Creative teams and departmental partners.

• Write official scripts and communication messages that align with the brand.

• Oversee Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition Marketing projects from concept through to execution.

• Develop proposal presentations and project strategy decks.

• Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Operations, and various cross-functional teams.

• Work closely with the Creative team to obtain necessary visual materials.

• Address marketing inquiries related to recruitment and hiring for the designated region.

• Assist in local hiring efforts such as Open Houses and Job Fairs.

• Partner with Social Media and Creative teams to implement localized hiring initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing, corporate communications, public relations, project management, or a similar field.

• Outstanding proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related area of study.

• Proven experience in leading projects within a dynamic, collaborative, and ideally international setting.

• Strong skills in project coordination.

• Capability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

• Excellent organizational abilities.

• Competence in meeting deadlines in high-pressure situations.
