Content Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Create and publish content within the CMS.

• Customize and modify content in the CMS to suit various formats and interface restrictions.

• Prepare and manage the localization of content.

• Handle multiple language versions and guarantee localization consistency across different channels and products.

• Work with promotional mechanisms in the Back Office, including understanding conditions, settings, and limitations.

• Conduct quality assurance on published content by verifying content accuracy, settings, and presentation before and after launch.

• Detect and report content-related errors and issues.

• Manage numerous tasks with varying deadlines while maintaining accuracy and consistency.

• Effectively organize workload and take ownership of responsibilities and outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both English and Russian, with at least an Upper Intermediate (B2) level.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Content Management, CRM Content, or a related field.

• Experience in handling a significant number of parallel tasks and deadlines, or a willingness to thrive in such an environment.

• Ability to work independently and proactively: capable of organizing work without constant supervision and making decisions autonomously within the scope of responsibility.

• Strong stress resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

• Experience with tools like Jira, Slack, Google Sheets, and others is advantageous.

• Basic knowledge of HTML, JSON, and structured content is beneficial.
