This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +28 more states.
• Take charge of the internal linking structure throughout the website and blog.
• Implement and sustain a hub-and-spoke cluster architecture across key topic areas.
• Oversee 301 redirects, canonical tags, and URL strategy.
• Ensure proper schema markup and accessibility for LLM crawlers.
• Monitor and resolve technical SEO challenges, including broken links, 404 errors, mixed content, hreflang issues, and crawl errors.
• Conduct continuous technical audits utilizing Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.
• Collaborate with development and HubSpot teams to implement and verify solutions.
• Create and execute backlink strategies through relationships with PMS partners.
• Seek placements in industry publications and manage outreach for comparison and alternative pages.
• Monitor referring domains and disavow harmful backlinks.
• Develop keyword-optimized content briefs using Clearscope and AirOps.
• Manage the content calendar and prioritization pipeline effectively.
• Review and publish content in accordance with on-page requirements.
• Supervise content refresh cycles and enhance the AirOps content production workflow.
• Maintain keyword maps and monitor competitor activities.
• Conduct quarterly content gap analyses to identify long-tail, adjacent, and emerging search opportunities.
• Maintain Ahrefs rank tracking for Share of Voice reporting.
• Oversee GA4 conversion goal setup and maintenance.
• Work closely with the Director of Demand Generation and collaborate with content team members and copywriters.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in SEO, content operations, or a combined digital marketing role.
• Hands-on experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, or equivalent tools is essential.
• Proficient in using HubSpot CMS for publishing, blog management, and custom modules.
• Ability to analyze data and make independent prioritization decisions.
• Preferred experience with Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, or equivalent crawling tools.
• Experience with Clearscope, Surfer SEO, or Frase is preferred.
• Familiarity with AirOps or similar AI content workflow tools is a plus.
• Capable of communicating data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
