Content Publisher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +33 more states.

📋 Description

• Distribute content across various CMS platforms and networks.

• Publish posts on social media, sequences, emails, articles, automated campaigns, videos, and other digital content.

• Identify and resolve issues related to publishing.

• Coordinate, review, and deliver translated content via the translation workflow, including Spanish and French Canadian.

• Collaborate on the publishing timetable.

• Communicate with the immediate team to help alleviate stress.

• Report to the Content Project Manager.

• Work alongside members of Creative Operations, researchers, subject-matter experts, and occasionally copywriters and designers.

• Utilize AI tools such as Notion and Claude in daily tasks.

• Experience in coordinating or managing digital content.

• Exceptional organization skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to clearly convey processes to team members.

• Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new platforms and software.

• Strong interest in, or experience with, an AI-enabled environment.

• Familiarity with Notion or Claude.

• Capability to maintain a private, secure, and distraction-free workspace.

• Availability during the assigned work schedule.

• Willingness to work weekends as required.

• Internet connection with a minimum of 5 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload speeds.

• Proven ability to collaborate well with others in a fast-paced work setting.
