Content Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop technical content such as tutorials, articles, videos, demos, code samples, and developer guides.

• Create and implement strategies for content distribution across platforms like GitHub, Reddit, Discord, YouTube, newsletters, technical publications, developer communities, and more.

• Transform existing content into various formats.

• Collaborate with Engineering and Developer Relations teams on product features, developer use cases, and technical trends.

• Recognize content opportunities based on developer inquiries, search patterns, community discussions, and product priorities.

• Establish and maintain a publishing and distribution schedule.

• Track content performance, engagement metrics, referral traffic, and developer signups.

• Leverage insights to enhance content effectiveness.

• Explore AI-assisted content processes and new channels for developer discovery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in creating developer-centric technical content for APIs, SDKs, SaaS platforms, or developer tools.

• A portfolio showcasing the creation of tutorials, technical articles, demos, or videos.

• Experience in distributing technical content through developer-focused channels and communities.

• Excellent writing, editing, and technical storytelling abilities.

• A strong sense of technical curiosity and the capability to collaborate effectively with engineers and technical experts.

• Background in analyzing content performance and optimizing for engagement, reach, and conversions.

• Proficient communication skills in English.

• Ability to work autonomously within a distributed team environment.

• Experience with API integrations, real-time applications, or developer infrastructure.

• Basic knowledge of programming or scripting.

• Familiarity with AI coding assistants and ways developers utilize LLMs for finding technical solutions.

• Experience in developer SEO, GitHub-related content, or open-source communities.
