Content Moderator, Bilingual Portuguese/English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Implement content guidelines for digital media and consistently execute handling protocols.

• Oversee reports of misconduct across social media platforms.

• Recognize subtle nuances in the interpretation of digital communication.

• Uphold the client's terms of service and content guidelines.

• Engage in employee assistance initiatives, reporting programs, training sessions, counseling, and wellness groups.

• Report any changes that could affect performance or compromise required KPIs.

• Analyze videos, news articles, images, political advertisements, and social media profiles using a computer.

• Evaluate content for suitability regarding age, violence, sexual themes, and political clarity.

• Ensure security, confidentiality, and compliance with project specifications.

• Promote safe, engaging, and suitable online experiences for individuals and businesses.

• May be reassigned to different TaskUs projects depending on staffing needs, performance, and other factors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in operations within shared services or a customer experience setting.

• At least a high school diploma or its equivalent.

• Proficiency in both English and Portuguese; must be able to read and communicate in both languages.

• Excellent interpersonal abilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated empathy.

• Significant awareness and understanding of political and social contexts relevant to the market and region.

• Capacity to manage potentially distressing and graphic content, including child exploitation, animal cruelty, gang violence, murder, and hate speech.

• Ability to follow security protocols, maintain confidentiality, and meet project requirements.
