This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement Sortly's organic search strategy by creating authoritative and optimized content tailored for both traditional and AI-driven search.
• Oversee editorial planning and production for the blog and key web content.
• Administer the editorial calendar from the briefing stage through to publication.
• Create content that is rich in data, including editorial pieces, competitive analyses, customer stories, lead magnets, and event-related content.
• Collaborate with the Data team to develop proprietary research and benchmark studies.
• Establish AI-enhanced workflows for research, drafting, editing, and optimization processes.
• Manage relationships with agencies and freelancers, overseeing assignments, feedback, timelines, and delivery.
• Analyze content and channel performance, providing recommendations for enhancements.
• Take ownership of the weekly Inventory Insider newsletter, covering planning, writing, distribution, and optimization.
• Enhance newsletter performance through segmentation, testing, and data-driven iterations.
• Work together on email content for marketing campaigns and nurturing programs.
• Lead planning and execution efforts across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Experiment with social formats and repurpose existing editorial, research, and campaign content.
• Coordinate company announcements, product launches, and integrated marketing campaigns.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in content marketing, ideally focused on B2B audiences.
• Outstanding writing and editing capabilities across various formats including blogs, editorial pieces, emails, social media, customer stories, and long-form assets.
• Practical experience in managing content programs across blogs, emails, and organic social media channels.
• Strong grasp of SEO best practices and knowledge of GEO and AI-search considerations.
• Proficiency in using AI tools for content research, creation, optimization, or production workflows.
• Ability to distill complex information, data, and expertise into clear and engaging content.
• Capacity to juggle multiple projects, stakeholders, external partners, and deadlines while upholding high editorial standards.
• Experience in utilizing content performance data to identify opportunities and refine execution.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS environments.
• Experience with Construction or Field Services audiences, inventory management, or asset tracking is advantageous.
• Knowledge of HubSpot and WordPress is a plus.
