This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Manage the entire content lifecycle, including planning, writing, editing, publishing, and measurement.
• Oversee the content production and publication calendar for the main website, blog, and social media channels.
• Create and refine blog posts, product and solution pages, landing pages, email content, and press releases.
• Publish and update content directly in DatoCMS while utilizing the Marketing Editor role.
• Lead the Customer Success Story pipeline, which involves coordinating interviews, drafting content, obtaining customer approvals, and publishing.
• Ensure content quality in the CMS, focusing on image sizing, alt text, metadata, slugs, structured fields, and internal linking.
• Collaborate with web development on new page templates, blocks, or schema modifications.
• Maintain governance of content across the website, blog, documentation, and knowledge-base properties.
• Handle on-page SEO for marketing content and contribute to optimizations for answer engines.
• Track content performance using GA4, Search Console, and HubSpot analytics.
• Generate a monthly content report with suggested actions.
• Adapt long-form content into social media posts, newsletter items, and community forum announcements.
• Synchronize publication timing with product launches, events, and marketing campaigns.
• Transform engineering and product information into clear, accessible marketing content.
• Confirm technical claims with engineers prior to publication.
• Assist the sales team with one-pagers, comparison pages, and battlecards.
• Practical experience with a headless CMS such as DatoCMS, Contentful, Sanity, Storyblok, or similar platforms.
• Native-level proficiency in written English.
• Skill in editing technical drafts from non-native speakers into polished prose.
• Familiarity with on-page SEO and web analytics tools, including GA4 and Search Console.
• Capability to read technical documentation and engage in credible discussions about network features with network engineers.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working within a distributed team using Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in content marketing or content management for a technical/B2B product.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in networking, infrastructure, developer tools, or open-source technologies.
• Background in the networking/IT industry or relevant certifications, such as CCNA-level knowledge, is a plus.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, particularly in blog, email, and CRM functionalities, is advantageous.
• Experience within open-source communities is a plus.
• Basic understanding of Markdown/HTML and familiarity with Git-based workflows is beneficial.
• Experience in producing customer case studies, including managing interviews and approvals, is a plus.
