Content Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish the editorial strategy and oversee the editorial calendar for blogs, white papers, videos, and social media.

• Coordinate, schedule, and oversee external writers for blogs and white papers.

• Review drafts for precision, tone, and on-page SEO before publication.

• Finalize and release content in accordance with the schedule.

• Develop video concepts and scripts, organize shoots, and assess cuts for quality and brand alignment.

• Oversee the branding, content strategy, publishing frequency, and ongoing maintenance of the YouTube channel.

• Collaborate with SEO, demand generation, web, creative, and product marketing teams on themes, messaging, and priorities.

• Provide insights on content performance and topics for annual and quarterly marketing strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• 3–5 years of experience in content marketing or editing.

• Exceptional editing capabilities.

• Experience in managing external writers, video production companies, or agencies.

• Proficient understanding of SEO and on-page optimization principles.

• Experience in managing a YouTube channel or a similar video platform.

• Excellent written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.

• Capacity to handle multiple projects, vendors, and priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Familiarity with AEO/GEO concepts and how content appears in AI search engines.

• Basic knowledge of video editing concepts and software.

• Experience with Webflow or a similar content management system.

• Understanding of identity verification, fraud prevention, or trust & safety.
