Content Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop, produce, and enhance high-quality content tailored for Eastern European markets

• Implement the editorial roadmap in accordance with SEO priorities, audience needs, and business goals

• Work in collaboration with SEO specialists, Editors, Writers, Product teams, and Business stakeholders

• Manage Content Writers while ensuring quality standards and efficient editorial processes

• Create, organize, and oversee content production following the editorial calendar and SEO priorities

• Perform keyword research and analyze competitors

• Craft comprehensive content briefs that outline target keywords, structure, and tone of voice

• Guarantee that published content adheres to brand guidelines, meets audience expectations, and fulfills business objectives

• Supervise the entire content production lifecycle from ideation to publication

• Revise and optimize existing content to enhance SEO rankings and user experience

• Monitor content performance using analytics tools to identify areas for improvement

• Ensure that internal linking, metadata, and formatting comply with SEO best practices

• Track performance metrics and refine content strategies in collaboration with the SEO team

• Partner with Writers, Editors, and Designers to maintain consistency and precision

• Evaluate drafts for editorial quality, factual correctness, and clarity

• Assist in the localization or adaptation of content for Eastern European markets

• Engage in content review sessions and offer feedback to enhance editorial standards and workflows

⛳️ Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in digital content management, editorial positions, or SEO content strategy

• Solid understanding of SEO best practices and content performance metrics

• Exceptional writing, editing, and organizational capabilities

• Capacity to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders effectively

• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar) is advantageous

• Knowledge of the sports, betting, or iGaming industries is highly regarded

• Proficiency in both English and Polish

• Familiarity with Eastern European languages is a significant plus, particularly Bulgarian or Czech

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to editorial quality and precision

• Must be at least 18 years old
