Content Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Design, maintain, and enhance Motive’s content repository within Responsive (RFPIO)

• Act as the primary liaison for content governance across various regions and product teams

• Oversee the complete content lifecycle, which includes curation, tagging, auditing, and archiving

• Ensure governance of proposal content by managing review schedules, version control, and stakeholder engagement

• Collaborate with Product, Solutions Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to guarantee content precision and consistency

• Manage regional content collections and templates for the U.S., Mexico, Canada, and Europe

• Supervise translation coordination as necessary

• Tag and assess content to enhance AI-assisted response quality in Responsive

• Administer reusable modular content blocks across leading RFP categories

• Assist in the creation of proposal templates and proactive sales proposal formats

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in content strategy, technical writing, proposal management, or sales enablement

• Practical experience with Responsive, Loopio, SharePoint, or other similar RFP platforms

• Profound understanding of the proposal lifecycle within a B2B SaaS or technology environment

• Strong project management capabilities and comfort in handling extensive content libraries

• Knowledge of AI-driven search or content automation tools is advantageous

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Aptitude for coordinating efforts across global teams

• Bilingual abilities are advantageous

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a process-oriented mindset

• Experience in supporting global sales teams or engaging with international markets is a plus

• Must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies regulated under U.S. Export Administration Regulations
