Content Logistics Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in managing program content trackers by establishing deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and facilitating the content creation and approval process.

• Collaborate with the Senior Chase Manager to test, edit, and finalize participant emails and text messages.

• Develop meeting agendas, monitor progress, and support content kickoffs as well as team synchronization meetings.

• Organize and oversee content resources within Notion and other program management systems.

• Handle program FAQs and coordinate the approval process for new responses.

• Provide guidance, tools, and resources to the Organizing Copywriter and Visual Content Designer.

• Observe live program events and gather feedback from both staff and participants.

• Enhance existing content and identify valuable new assets.

• Utilize Notion, Canva, Google Workspace, and Slack to collaborate effectively and meet deadlines.

• Accept additional responsibilities as program requirements evolve.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in organizing, advocacy, campaigns, nonprofits, or a similar mission-driven environment.

• Proven ability to keep complex projects on schedule, collaborate across teams, communicate effectively, and maintain alignment.

• Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to refine content for various audiences and contexts.

• Capability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments while managing multiple projects within deadlines.

• Familiarity with Notion, Canva, Google Workspace, and Slack, or a willingness to learn quickly.

• Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection.
