Content Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire course content development lifecycle across various modalities.

• Serve as a Learning Producer for new courses by crafting and implementing both synchronous and asynchronous learning strategies.

• Create, edit, and proofread instructional materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and learner engagement using AI tools.

• Establish connections and collaborate with subject matter experts, instructors, and presenters to enhance, elevate, and gamify lectures and presentations.

• Utilize AI tools to expedite and improve content development processes.

• Collaborate across various functions with project managers, the Learning Experience Design team, client-facing teams, and internal stakeholders to achieve business goals and adhere to launch schedules.

• Maintain and consistently enhance content quality standards within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in learning design, content development, and/or course development.

• Proven end-to-end ownership of course creation, from initial concept to final production.

• Experience in designing learning experiences for a broad audience and/or making technical concepts accessible and easy to understand.

• Background in content development across various formats, including written content, video production, live/webinar facilitation, learning games, audio/podcast production, and related modalities.

• Outstanding writing, proofreading, and editing capabilities.

• Established ability to collaborate with SMEs and instructors to refine and enhance materials and convert them into course components.

• Experience in designing and developing learning experiences linked to ambitious KPIs.

• Capability to manage project timelines independently.

• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to aid in content development.

• A portfolio or examples of work completed.

• Experience in developing courses related to AI, technology, or data, or a background in healthcare or Allied Health instructional content.

• People management experience is a plus, though not mandatory.
