Content Creation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and create social-first content for the company's channels, from conception to publication.

• Produce Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts, both in front of and behind the camera.

• Publish content swiftly, maintaining high standards and ensuring platform-appropriate formats.

• Regularly visit clients, construction sites, and various real-world locations.

• Illuminate authentic stories from the skilled trades.

• Innovate new, unique content formats that foster strong brand recognition.

• Actively share your ideas with the team.

• Consistently generate video content with a social-first mindset to enhance organic performance.

• Cultivate a robust network of tradespeople, creators, and relevant contacts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong grasp of social media, storytelling, and the mechanics of viral content.

• Confident presence both in front of and behind the camera.

• Experience with video editing and mobile camera gear.

• Ability to rapidly establish trust with others and uncover authentic, relevant stories.

• Hands-on, self-motivated approach with a keen eye for quality, speed, and platform suitability.

• Ideally, experience in producing content that has increased reach and engaged audiences.

• Business-fluent German (at least C1).

• Proficiency in English (at least B2).
