Content Creation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Convert the suggested course syllabus into a comprehensive content plan and table of contents for the Access 101 Tembo course along with supplementary learning materials

• Provide recommendations on the optimal blend of learning formats, which may include e-learning content, case studies, infographics, downloadable resources, videos, and workshop materials

• Create a content production plan and timeline that encompasses content validation processes and suggestions for user testing

• Produce engaging, accessible, and learner-centered content for the Access 101 Tembo course and its associated educational materials

• Oversee and ensure the quality of contributions from external suppliers, agencies, or specialist consultants

• Present draft content, content plans, and recommendations to the project team and relevant stakeholders

• Integrate feedback from subject-matter experts and stakeholders into subsequent drafts of the content

• Guarantee that the content is accurate, relevant, aligned with project goals, tailored for diverse MSF audiences, and adheres to adult learning and accessibility principles

• Deliver the course design package, including draft and finalized Tembo course content, supporting educational materials, and the final handover package

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Journalism, Public Health, Social Sciences, or a related discipline

• Proven experience in creating engaging learning materials for diverse audiences, which may include e-learning courses, training resources, educational publications, or digital learning content

• Strong skills in writing, editing, and structuring content

• Ability to simplify complex technical information into clear, accessible, and engaging learning materials

• Experience collaborating with subject-matter experts and incorporating stakeholder feedback into the content development process

• Experience in coordinating external suppliers or contributors involved in content production is a plus

• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English

• Knowledge of French, Spanish, Arabic, or Portuguese is beneficial

• Experience in humanitarian, global health, international development, or non-profit sectors is advantageous

• Candidates must have the legal right to work as a “Consultant” in their country of residence
